　　We report systematic investigations on the effects of the annealing conditions on the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of solution-processed methylammonium lead triiodide (CH3NH3PbI3)-based planar photovoltaic cells (PVCs).The perovskite materials were spin-coated on TiO2 layers using a two-step technique.
