本文试验研究了3—12%预变形的形变时效对E36钢的强度、塑性、低温冲击韧性及NDT的影响,结果表明形变时效后-40℃的冲击功能满足ZC规范要求,但在变形量为10%时出现极小值;FATT从-62℃升高到-33℃,NDT从-65℃升高到-35℃,说明形变时效后还具有较好的韧性和一定的止裂能力。为了防止偶然的塑性过载对平台结构的可能危害,建议冷加工时不得产生大于相当于轴向拉伸时的5%的冷变形。文中还对该钢时效敏感性产生的原因作了初步分析。
In this paper, the effect of pre-deformation deformation aging of 3-12% on the strength, ductility, low temperature impact toughness and NDT of E36 steel was studied. The results show that the impact function at -40 ℃ after deformation aging satisfies the requirements of ZC code. However, 10%; FATT increased from -62 ℃ to -33 ℃, NDT increased from -65 ℃ to -35 ℃, indicating that after deformation aging also has good toughness and a certain ability to stop. In order to prevent the possibility of accidental plastic overload on the platform structure may be harmful, it is recommended that cold work should not produce more than equivalent to 5% of the axial tensile deformation. The paper also made a preliminary analysis of the reasons for the sensitivity of the steel aging.
