针对某冷轧薄板厂连续发生的5起冷轧工作辊的剥落失效事故,通过冷轧工作辊典型的剥落断口以及裂纹扩展机理分,析从几例典型案例的事故原因分析得出,轧辊抗事故性能差以及轧辊表面受热冲击产生的裂纹未修磨干净,产生的辊面裂纹发展成疲劳源是导致轧辊剥落失效的主要原因。根据事故原因特点制定出了相应的预防措施,涡流检测技术、表面波检测技术、加强轧辊的质量控制等,经过运行在生产实际中取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the spalling failure of five cold-rolled work rolls which occurred continuously in a cold-rolled sheet mill, by analyzing the typical flaking fracture and the mechanism of crack propagation in the cold-rolling work roll, the paper analyzes the accident causes of several typical cases, Accident performance and the roll surface of the heat shock cracks are not sharpened clean, the resulting roll surface cracks into a fatigue source is the main reason leading to roll spalling failure. According to the characteristics of the accident, corresponding preventive measures, eddy current testing technology, surface wave detection technology and strengthening roll quality control were worked out, which have achieved good results after running in production.
