  盾壳霉(Coniothyrium minitans)是植物病原菌核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)的重寄生真菌,对核盘菌的菌核和菌丝均具有寄生与破坏作用,对核盘菌引起的作物菌核病具有明显的防治效果。研究盾壳霉产孢相关的基因及其调控机理,将有助于提高盾壳霉的规模化生产与生防效率。本文以盾壳霉ZS-1菌株的T-DNA插入标记的生长与产孢缺陷型突变体ZS-1 N22225为材料,克隆并明确了生长发育相关基因CmAvaB的功能,其结果如下:
