目的 探讨球囊扩张辅助经导管直接溶栓(CDT)治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)过程中下腔静脉滤器(VCF)血栓性阻塞的发生率及其处理。方法 2009年9月至2015年3月收治127例急性下肢DVT患者，在VCF保护下行球囊扩张辅助CDT治疗。
目的 探讨布加综合征(Budd-Chiari syndrome,BCS)行球囊扩张、支架置入后复发的病变特征及评价再次介入治疗的效果。方法收集2010-2014年我科收治复发的BCS患者152例,其中予以球囊扩张102例,支架置入50例。回顾性分析复发患者一般资料、血管病变特征及再次介入治疗的效果等。
目的 评价支架植入在静脉阻塞性疾病中的临床治疗效果。方法 246例静脉严重狭窄或阻塞的患者行支架植入治疗,其中锁骨下静脉8例,上腔静脉35例,布-加综合征15例,肺动脉狭窄1例,恶性肿瘤导致髂股静脉狭窄18例,May-thuner综合征154例,"胡桃夹"综合征3例,门静脉阻塞12例。
目的 探讨B超导引颈内静脉微穿刺行静脉输液港植入术的临床价值。材料和方法 2014年9月-2015年4月,我单位共有10例患者B超(Simens)导引下利用微穿刺系统颈内静脉穿刺行静脉输液港(Bardport,Bard Access Systems,Inc,Salt Lake City,UT)植入术。其中男1例,女9例；乳腺癌8例,淋巴瘤1例,脑动静脉畸形术后1例；年龄20-74岁,平均52岁。观
