本文根据优化设计的原理,规划了导水机构优化设计系统,在提出传力效率概念的基础上,编制了 GATEOPT.FOR 传动机构优化设计程序,求得既能满足各种约束条件,又具有最大传力效率的导水机构主要参数,以期提高导水机构设计效率和技术经济效果。同时,还对导叶进行了优化设计分析,编制了实用型 WYC-C.BAS 导叶优化设计程序,为将来实现这一庞大系统进行了有益的探索。
According to the principle of optimal design, this paper designs the optimal design system of the water guide mechanism. Based on the concept of force transmission efficiency, the optimal design program of GATEOPT.FOR transmission mechanism is developed, which can not only meet the various constraints but also have the maximum Power transmission efficiency of the main parameters of the water guide mechanism, in order to improve the design efficiency of water guide mechanism and technical and economic results. At the same time, the optimal design and analysis of the guide vanes were also made, and the practical WYC-C.BAS guide vane optimization design program was compiled, which made a useful exploration for realizing this huge system in the future.
