脂肪干细胞改善老龄ED大鼠勃起功能的机制研究

【摘要】

：

目的：探讨ADSCs是否通过逆转阴茎海绵体结构重构改善老龄ED大鼠的勃起功能.方法：1.CM-DiI标记ADSCs后检测细胞增殖率及14d内细胞荧光强度变化,FCM分析其不同时间点的标记率；2.筛选勃起功能正常的成年大鼠(5月龄)及老龄ED大鼠(25月龄),分为成年对照组、未治疗组、PBS组及ADSCs组,ADSCs组注射CM-DiI标记的ADSCs的细胞悬液.
