聚乳酸-聚乙二醇-聚乳酸三嵌段共聚物的合成及结晶行为研究

  聚乳酸由于优良的生物相容性和生物降解性,成为近十年来颇受重视的高分子材料。但由于加工性能较差且制品往往较脆,在一定程度上限制了其应用。为了改善聚乳酸分子的可加工性并增加制品的韧性,本研究以左旋丙交酯(L-LA)为原料,不同分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)为引发剂,采用开环聚合的方法制备了不同分子量和分子结构的聚乳酸-聚乙二醇-聚乳酸(PLLA-PEG-PLLA)三嵌段共聚物,并对其分子链结构和结晶行为进行了研究[1-2]。
