The radial forearm free flap plays an important role in oral and maxillofacial defects reconstruction as its reliability and versatility.The final goal of free flap reconstruction is functional and cosmetic recovery of the recipient site.However,donor site morbidity should also be taken into consideration.There are usually no significant influences from flap harvest on patients daily life.
