Objective: to introduce a operative method to correct inverted uipple with spindly de-epithelialized flap of mammary areola and artificial dermis as supporting and filling tissue.Methods: the spindly de-epithelialized flap of mammary areola was crossedly sutured to support and artificial dermis used to fill the base of inverted nipple which make it prominent.Results :after 3-24month follow-up ,40 of 42 eases treated by using the method mentioned-above during 2010-2013 were satisfied with the results which included good sensation ,excellent contour and no recurrence.Conclusion: this method is a simple ,safe , effective and ideal way to correct inverted nipple.
