山地开发区转型下传统村落协调发展研究--以金华武义开发区传统村落为例

进入后开发区时代,同其它开发区一样,山地开发区也亟待由区向城转型.本文首先指出山地开发区转型应置于城乡统筹语境实现向“产—城—乡”双层次融合拓展,而其中的传统村落需主动回应,借其转型为实现自身复兴发展的有利契机.接着结合武义开发区的案例,剖析了触动传统村落内部资源时空重组的转型影响因素,并从“资源收缩”和“资源整合”两种协调响应方式出发,分别提出能够应对转型挑战的两类城乡统筹协调发展模式:“精明收
