　　The organic/morgamc nanocomposites containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSSs) are introduced in this presentation.This presentation will cover the theoretical back ground and applications of these POSS related nanocomposites.Tg enhancement through hydrogen bonding interaction contaming POSS moiety will be discussed in details.
