Male reproductive function has been decline year by year all over the world.And it has been suggested that dysfunction in the male reproductive system is a sensitive and reliable marker of environmental hazards.Exposure to air pollution has been associated with alterations in semen quality.Automobile exhaust is a major cause of atmospheric pollution around the world.But there are only a few studies about the effect of automobile exhaust on male reproductive system.So the major objectives of this work were to investigate the reproductive toxicity of automobile exhaust and the underlying mechanisms of male reproductive system impairments induced by long time exposure to automobile exhaust.
