用挤压珩磨工艺抛光模具钢经线切割加工后的表面,可显著地改善表面粗糙度,提高表面层硬度,把线切割后的张应力状态改变成压应力状态,减少表面层的残余奥氏体含量,提高线切割表面的耐磨性。但对快速走丝线切割的表面,经挤压珩磨后原有的条纹痕迹仍能明显看出。
