Flow field-flow fractionation (FFF) coupled on-line with UV absorbance and fluorescence detectors was used to examine colloidal size distribution of dissolved organic matter (DOM) along a salinity gradient in the Stain Louis Bay estuary in the northern Gulf of Mexico.
