提出了改善焊接电子枪电子光学性能、提高其运行稳定性的有效措施。在此基础上研制的EGW—60B型三极式电子枪功率密度高达2×10~6W/mm~2以上,连续工作时的高压绝缘件温升小于20℃,枪内高压放电问题得到根本解决。
The effective measures to improve the electronic optical properties of the welding electron gun and improve its operational stability are proposed. Based on this, the power density of the EGW-60B three-electrode electron gun is as high as 2 × 10 ~ 6W / mm ~ 2. The temperature rise of the high voltage insulator during continuous operation is less than 20 ℃. The problem of high voltage discharge in the gun is fundamentally solved.
