铝在大鼠体内的代谢

应用SD大鼠观测铝在体内的代谢。设立铝100mg/kg体重及40mg/kg体重高、低两种剂量对大鼠进行灌胃,观察不同时间阶段铝在大鼠各组织的贮留、分布及48小时尿、粪中排泄量。结果表明,两种剂量铝在组织中的贮留与分布不同。高剂量铝组24小时、48小时表观吸收率为19.07%~19.45%和3.50%~7.72%,表观贮留率为16.89%~20.67%和1.70%~6.54%;低剂量铝组24小时、48小时表观吸收率为29.40%~36.58%和3.76%~13.48%,表观贮留率为29.27%~36.43%和3.69%~13.35%,低剂量铝组在24小时、48小时的表观吸收率和贮留率均高于高剂量铝组的表观吸收率和贮留率。在高剂量铝组中,0.5小时肝脏、1小时肾脏、48小时脑铝含量高于相应组织各时点铝含量;对于低剂量铝组,以肝脏铝含量最高,其次是脑和肾。而且从脑的结果可以看出,随着时间的延长,两种剂量组大鼠脑铝24小时、48小时含量高于同组内其他各时点,并且高剂量组脑铝浓度明显高于低剂量脑铝浓度(P<0.01),结果表明,不同剂量铝对大鼠脑有一定亲合力。高、低剂量铝组大鼠48小时尿铝累积排出量占总摄入量的1.0?
