Objective: To report our experience with 6 cases (8 implants) of bone bridge.Result: 6 cases with 8 implants.majority had atresia of ear canal.2 patients had bilateral simultaneous implants, the rest had only unilateral 2 of them had previously implanted with BAHA in contralateral sides.in 2 patients the implants were positioned in retro sigmoid and the rest were in mastoid cavities.
