【Objective】Research and analysis on changes of serum sex hormone and semen parameters of male Infertility with Urea Plasma Urealyticum(UU) infection.【Methods】Collecting 72 cases of male infertility detected UU that can be divided into UU positive infertility group(Group A,n=38) and UU negative infertility group(Group B,n=34) according to whether they are infected. Fertile UU negative healthy volunteers is control group(Group C,n=28). Groups of serum sex hormone is evaluated through immunochemiluminometric assays. Groups of semen parameters are tested through CASA. Groups of sex hormones and semen parameters are compared.【Result】The significant statistical difference(P<0.05)happens in the comparison of sperm concentration,sperm survival rate,PR,NP,LH,prolactin and testosterone among Group A,Group B and Group C. No significant statistical difference(P>0.05)happens in semen volume and serum FSH among Group A,Group B and Group C. Significant statistical difference(P<0.05)happens in sperm viability between Group B and Group C. No significant statistical difference(P>0.05)happens in other semen parameters and serum LH,PRL,T and FSH between Group B and Group C.【Conclusion】Obvious abnormality exists in serum sex hornome levels ofmale infertility with Urea Plasma Urealyticum(UU) infection. UU infection affects sex hormone level and has a significant impact on reproductive function of patients.
