每年因地震、暴雨、洪水、雷崩多种诱发机理引起的滑坡、崩塌、滑崩和泥石流等地质灾害几乎遍布世界各地,早已引起人们的普遍关注和重视。为了预防和减轻灾害给人民生命和财产带来的巨大损失,世界各国政府投入了大量的人、财、物对诱发灾害机理研究、监测和预报,以及对地质灾害进行有效整治。整治地质灾害技术是探矿工程单位极有开发前途的新领域,是钻、坑探技术的外延。
