光催化剂ZnxCd1-xS纳米晶体的制备及其光催化性能的研究

【摘要】

：

在日益严峻的环境污染和能源危机问题下,取之于水,燃烧后产物也是水的氢能成为首选能源之一[1].随着纳米技术的发展,光催化材料从传统的紫外吸收材料演变到如今的可见光吸收材料,其催化效率也有了很大的提升,使得光催化制氢技术再次得到广大关注[2].光催化材料以其特殊的价带导带位置吸引了很多学者的研究兴趣[3].
