Objective To investigate the α-adrenergic receptor (α-AR) blocker treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis (CP /CPPS),the efficacy and adverse drug reactions.Method CP / CPPS patients,325 cases,the average age of 33.2 years,mean disease duration of 2.4 years.Divided into hydrochloric acid,phenoxybenzamine (benzene,-benzyl amine) group (27 cases),prazosin hydrochloride (urea Ninh Binh) group (95 cases),terazosin (Masha Ni) group,78 cases and mesylate doxazosin control release tablets (Cardura) group of 72cases,according to the condition with antibiotics and other symptomatic and supportive treatment.
