Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Nogo antibodies combined with autologus activated Schwann cells on the treatment of SCI.Methods:Unilateral saphenous nerves of adult Wistar rats were harvested directly after 1 week ligation.We cultured and purified autologus activated Schwann cells from nerve clots.AASCs transplantation and Nogo antibodies were used to treat SCI.We observed the recovery of lower extremities with BBB score and SEP&MEP.After 12 weeks,rats were injected with BDA in the bilateral of pallium for anterograde labeling the axons.2 weeks later,these rats were killed and the spinal cord including the injured site were taken out and cut into slim.The slices were stained by Cy3,HE,and immunohistochemistry.
