DNA methylation plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation and individualdevelopment.It can be found in plenty of studies that aberrant methylation of DNA isclosely related with tumor.Although two chemical drugs are already applied to clinical,they cannot lead to a very good effect because of single component working, big sideeffectand easy to produce drug resistance.
