我州党委信息工作被列入中央办公厅的信息点之一.时至今日,多数县市已做到有领导、有机构、有网络.有队伍、有刊物、有制度,基层条件有了很大改善.现在需要重点研究的问题是如何进一步提高信息质量;促进信息效益增殖.党委信息不同于其他部门的信息,它的传播对象,主要是各级党委负责人及其领导下的决策集体.它的最终目的,就是追求最大的效益,而评判效益的大小,则要看信息在领导决策层中影响力的大小,对党委中心工作影响力的大小.所谓信息工作者的动力,就是使他们在获得基本工作条件的前提下,以无私奉献的精神,进行有效劳动,又因劳动价值的实现而受到鼓舞,从而不断追求高效劳动,不断提高工作质量.信息效益增殖的工作,信息工作者本身要做,分管信息工作的负责人更要做.回顾多年来的实践,我认为,促进信息效益增殖应当通过四条途径来实现:
