(一)抗病毒治疗的必要性和可能性(1)抗生素药物的大量发现,可控制细菌感染,而目前病毒病的发生率上升并成为主要传染病;(2)病毒诊断技术的发展,不断发现新病毒或病毒型别和新病毒病;(3)病毒形成潜伏感染、慢性持续感染或慢病毒感染或整合于细胞基因而难以清除;(4)病毒可引起畸胎、遗传性疾病以及糖尿病、心肌炎、肿瘤、白血病;(5)很多病毒型别多、抗原性变异,疫苗难以奏效;(6)病毒培养、检测方法和模型发展有利于开展药物研究与筛选;(7)抗病毒药物作用机制已有阐明,为抗病毒药物研究开辟了途径。(二)杭病毒药物临床效果验证和扩大
