  蛋白质作为基因表达产物是生命活动的执行者,其生理功能往往取决于它的分子构象,因此研究蛋白质构象转变具有重要意义.目前许多光物理学手段已用于研究各种物理、化学和环境因素及药物分子对蛋白质构象的影响[1].BSA 是一种生物体内含有两个色氨酸残基(Trp)的无辅助因子运载蛋白,常被用作模型蛋白、分散剂及合成功能材料的模板[2].
