The blood clotting response (BCR) test for chlorophacinone-Na resistance in Mongolian gerbils developed using small-volume blood samples. The normal Prothrombin time PT(s) is the susceptible Mongolian gerbils of laboratory breeding rodents PT(s) of 9.92±0.96s, and is lower than human clotting time(12.1s). The PCAcalibration curves met the S Model(R2=0.901, F=706.29, d.f.=78, Sigf=0.000) and a PCA of 17[%] was found tocorrespond to a coagulation time INR of 2.5 from this curve. The dose-response (BCR) baselines were obtained usingthe susceptible Mongolian gerbils. And the ED99 estimates for a quantal response were males 0.27710mg·kg-1 and femals 0.26228 mg·kg-1. Then we began to do the BCR checking test for resistance in the three fields Mongoliangerbils from ZhengLanQi, ZhengXiangBaiQi, WuChuan in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. We found thethree areas have devolpe the chlorophacinone-Na resistance populations of the Mongolian gerbils and the resistanceratio were 35.3[%], 36.4[%], and 44.0[%] respectively. But there was no significant deviation among the three areas (Chi2=0.509, d.f=2, P=0.775).
