Objective: Among various magnetic nanoparticles(NPs),Fe3O4 NPs have been extensively investigated due to their excellent biocompatibility and magnetic property [1-2].However,the magnetic property of Fe3O4 NPs is strongly dependent on their size.Recently,ultra-small Fe3O4 NPs(~5 nm)have been used as T1-weighted magnetic resonance(MR)contrast agents [3].
