To solve the problem of device corrosion detection and monitoring online in petrochemical and electric power industry,my company imported and developed a series of testing and assessment new technology,effectively preventing corrosion accidents,and bringing huge economic and social benefit to the users; These new testing and assessment technology mainly included: 1)High temperature corrosion detection by EMAT technology; 2)Non-stop pipeline corrosion testing and monitoring by low frequency wave guide technology; 3)Large equipment(tank,spherical tank,reactor,etc.)rapid detection by low frequency wave guide technology and remote robot;4)Large furnace tube carburization and creep damage nondestructive evaluation by magnetic hysteresis method; 5)Buried pipeline corrosion detection by magnetic memory technology.
