This study was carried out to use hyperspectral imaging technique to detectgrey mold disease on tomato leaves.Hyperspectral images of healthy and diseasedsamples were obtained covering the wavelengths from 380 to 1023 nm.Reflectance values of healthy and diseased pixels were extracted from corrected hyperspectral images and treated as independent variables. The dependent variables of healthy and diseased samples were set as 0 and 1, respectively.Correlation analysis algorithm was used to select sensitivewavelengths. It can be found that each model obtained a good classificationresult. Thus, hyperspectral imaging technique can be used as a non-destructive and objective method to detect grey mold diseaseon tomato leaves.
