  Objective Cathepsin C(dipeptidyl peptidase I,DPPI)is a lysosomal cysteine proteinase,which belongs to papain superfamily.Cathepsin C can promote production of chemokines and cytokines by activating serine in lymphocytes and other immunocytes.
