本文报道Q开关Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG激光器的实验研究.研究了Cr,Tm,Ho:YAG激光器的调Q工作时的一系列特性,并分析了多脉冲产生的机制,获得了单脉冲能量60mJ的2.1μm的稳定调Q激光输出.通过倍频途径测得了其倍频光(1.05μm)的光脉冲半宽度35ns.
This paper reports the experimental research of Q-switched Cr, Tm, Ho: YAG lasers. A series of characteristics of the Q, Q, and Q modes of the Cr, Tm and Ho: YAG lasers are studied. The mechanism of multi-pulse generation is analyzed and a stable Q-switched laser output of 2.1 μm with a single pulse energy of 60 mJ is obtained. The half-width of optical pulse of doubling frequency (1.05μm) was measured by frequency doubling method.
