  Macromolecules may be affected by high pressure treatment,such as starch,protein and polysaccharides.Soybean dietary fiber was processed by instantaneous high pressure at 140Mpa,the samples before and after this treatment were named A and B respectively.The No.6890 Agilent GC was used to detect the monosaccharide components.The working parameters were listed as follows:Injector temperature,280 ℃; the temperature program was set as 160℃ for 2min,160℃-240℃(10℃/min),240℃ for 15min; column temperature,220℃; FID detector,260℃; split ratio,1∶20 and 1∶5; flow of N2,2.1ml/min;flow of H2,30ml/min; flow of air,400ml/min.Six kind of standard monosaccharide were mixed as a guide sample,which were Rhamnose,Arabinose,Xylose,Mannose,Glucose and Galactose respectively.

提出一种智能电子设备面向对象的软件设计方法,基于IEC61850标准的面向对象思想,在信息源头就采用面向对象的设计,使智能电子设备功能软件与IEC61850面向对象信息模型无缝融合,不需要数据映射,能够进行智能电子设备灵活组态,软件可维护性好。
本文通过高压电气试验结合油色谱、超声波定位技术准确预测到500kV变压器的放电部位,通过变压器的返厂解体检查,分析了变压器的放电原因,最后对变压器运行、试验提出了建议。
