目的 了解目前我国新生儿及其母体的脂肪营养状况,为我国新生儿营养的研究提供最新的资料.方法 2012年2月～3月采用气相色谱方法测定了在我院出生的40例新生儿脐血及其母血中的各种脂肪酸.新生儿的出生体重平均为3227.3±539.2 g,胎龄平均为38.7±2.0周.产妇年龄平均为27.0 ±4.5岁.结果 本研究测得新生儿脐血及其母血中的脂肪酸共有14种,新生儿脐血中的总脂肪酸含量(0.66±0.15 mg/mL)明显低于其母血中的总脂肪酸含量(3.46±0.60 mg/mL) (P ＜0.001),约为母血中含量的1/5；新生儿脐血中的必需脂肪酸—亚油酸(LA)的百分含量(16.10±2.1％)也明显低于母血中的含量(36.5±3.1％)(P＜0.001)；但新生儿脐血中长链多价不饱和脂肪酸：花生四烯酸(AA),二十二碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的百分含量却显著高于其母血中的含量(9.10±1.08％对2.71±0.37％,P＜0.001；0.22±0.06％对0.11±0.13％,P＜0.001和6.61±1.43％对2.90±0.54％,P＜0.001).结论 AA和DHA这些长链多价不饱和脂肪酸对新生儿的脑和视网膜的发育有非常重要的作用,因此母体通过胎盘优先转运这些脂肪酸来满足新生儿生长发育的需要.
