　　High index differential algebraic equations(DAEs)are ordinary differential equations(ODEs)with constraints and arise frequently from many mathematical models of physical phenomenons and engineering fields.In this paper,we generalize the idea of differential elimination with Dixon resultant to polynomially nonlinear DAEs.
