目的 综述PNALD在机制与防治两方面的研究进展.方法 查阅近年相关国内外文献对PNALD的研究进展进行综述.结果 肠外营养相关的肝损害(parenteral nutrition-associated liver disease,PNALD)常见于长期肠外营养(parenteral nutrition,PN)治疗的患者,特别是在肠衰竭依赖长期PN支持的患者中广泛存在.
