Due to the low concentration and the complexity of sample matrices,an appropriate pretreatment procedure for both enrichment and purification before the analysis of drug and contaminant residues is of great importance [1].Magnetic dispersive solid phase extraction(MDSPE) which is based on the use of magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs) can achieve a rapid and effective extraction because MNPs can be isolated from the sample solutions under an external magnetic field [2].
