针对大面积三轴搅拌桩加固施工影响下的紧邻运营地铁隧道变形控制问题,结合背景工程研究了优化的施工工艺和控制技术。分析提出了通过控制施工顺序、浆液配比和施工速率等参数来优化搅拌桩施工工艺,并根据单桩施工和群桩施工的现场试验结果得到合理的施工参数。大面积施工的工程实践结果表明,地铁隧道结构的隆起量小于传统施工方法的影响,确保了运营地铁隧道的安全,可作为今后工程借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of deformation control of subway tunnel immediately adjacent to the operation of large-area triaxial mixing pile reinforcement construction, the optimized construction technology and control technology are studied with background engineering. It is proposed that the construction process of mixing pile should be optimized by controlling the construction sequence, slurry ratio and construction rate, and reasonable construction parameters are obtained according to the field test results of single pile construction and group pile construction. The engineering practice of large-scale construction shows that the uplift of metro tunnel structure is less than that of the traditional construction methods, which ensures the safety of subway tunnels and can be used as a reference for future projects.
