  Janus粒子是指表面具有两种及以上不同化学组成或者性质的粒子,可以将有机组分材料的特性(如两亲性、响应性等)和无机组分材料的特性(如光学性质、磁性、导电性等)结合在一起。由于其独有的不对称结构,Janus粒子可在更复杂条件下(如更高温度、更高盐度等条件)更长时间地稳定Pickering乳液。
