基于CFX的离心喷雾干燥塔内催化剂物料蒸发过程的数值模拟

  催化剂离心喷雾干燥制备过程是一个伴有传质、传热,液体蒸发相变的高温气体-颗粒两相湍流的复杂过程。采用流体动力学软件CFX 对催化剂干燥过程进行数值模拟,考虑到热风分配器的二级导流作用,着眼于干燥气体的湍流状态,以流体的宏观热力学和动力学参数描述流体微分方程,基于欧拉模型及拉格朗日体系的离散颗粒相模型,建立数学模型进行数值分析求解,得到塔内气流场、温度场、湿度场以及颗粒相干燥过程。并将仿真预测的数据与实验对照,验证了仿真方法的正确性。
