In this work, an amendment skill for correcting the results of the nonlinear simulation of water-stops is advanced.Based on the rule of tensor transformation with particle we studied the relationship between the transfiguration warp and stress, strain tensor warp in numerical simulation and the model experiments, and using number approximate calculation method, we advance a kind of nonlinear simulation calculations amendment skill of waterstops. This skill is effective in reducing the errors in numerical simulations, which are brought by the difference of using circumstance and theoretical hypothesis such as materials factor, section factor, contact factor, and so on.Thus the differences of results between the numerical simulation and the model experiments of water-stops can be decreased. An example is considered in the work to validate the proposed skill.Comparisons between the numerical results and experimental results show that after amendment the numerical results are much closer to the values obtained from model experiments. The amendment skill is proved to be efficient and accurate. The nonlinear simulation calculation theory and amendment skill also can be used to other technological field just like envelop of airships cabin door.
