Background: Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA) is a common disease, distinguished by recurrent episodes of upper airway obstruction during sleep, with an inflammatory component.C-reactive protein (CRP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) are markers of systemic in?ammation and may serve as biomarkers of OSA.The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in serum CRP/hs-CRP level between OSA patients and controls by conducting a meta-analysis.
