复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠蜂胶溶液系在复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠溶液的基础上添加天然药物蜂胶,采用中西医理论精制而成的兽药新制剂.由于蜂胶具有优良的抑菌、杀菌及免疫促进作用,与原有药物相比,新制剂增强了抗菌效果,同时提高了动物体的免疫能力.本试验采用高效液相色谱法测定鸡体内磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠和甲氧苄啶浓度,研究复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠蜂胶溶液在鸡体内的药代动力学特征,同时选用兽药典现有药物复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠溶液做
