  There are O2 and N2 respectively 21%and 79%in air,being constant with CO2 instead of N2 in the case of oxygen so that we will get that it can effectively restrain gaseous mercury by oxidation in the same volume compared to air and reducing atmosphere being stronger.As shown in Figure 1,it is low compared to air by CO2 instead of N2 in the air at the atmosphere.
