　　TiO2 and SnO2 nanoparticles are synthesized by the oxidation of TiCl4 and anhydrous tin tetrachloride in propane/air turbulent flame chemical vapor deposition(CVD)process and are characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),x-ray diffraction(XRD),UV spectrophotometer and photoluminescence(PL)intensities.
