The antibacterial activity of lectin of the Musca domestica pupae was studied.In the present studies of ours,the lectin of Musca domestiea pupae was collected and testified against seven reference strain of bacterial by using the disc-diffusion assay.The agar-dilution assay method was determined minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC),all bacterial strain at MICs rang from 15 to 30ug/ml.The results show Musca domestica pupaes lectin showed broad antibacterial to Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
