This study focused on the effects of seven salts,NH4Cl,NaCl,KCl,FeCl2,MgCl2,CaCl2 and FeCl3,on the pretreatment of eucalypt residues for hemicelluloses degradation and enzymatic hydrolysis.In the results,hemicelluloses degraded with all of the salts pretreatment,and absolutely above 90%xylan removed from the residues.
