In the field of mechanical engineering and material science, various constitutive models, including Armstrong-Frederic model, multi-layer model, and bounding surface model, have been developed for simulating cyclic elastoplastic behavior of steel materials. In contrast, one of the important and distinct properties of rolled mild steel materials used in civil and architectural engineering are the existence of a sharp yield plateau at the first yielding [1].The Bauschinger effect should also be incorporated to simulate different characteristics between the first and subsequent loadings.
