The conditions to control the fatigue crack of steel bridges are the geometric state,the initial characteristic construction state,materials,and the load conditions.Among them,the greatest effect on fatigue crack is the stress history that was measured by using a strain gauge in the field.Therefore,in order to study the fatigue safety of bridges and the causes of the fatigue cracks more accurately,fluctuating stress measurement is required for proper data acquisition.(Jang et al 2000)
